Satya (SID) Ahuja, CEO
Satya (Sid) is the founder and CEO of Open Systems Inc. Sid has technology and management consulting experience at companies like IBM, Delta, Alltel and AT&T. Satya received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from IIT Delhi, an M.S. in computer engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Georgia State University. He was on the “Entrepreneur of the Year” list published by Catalyst Magazine.
John Davis, CTO/VP Technology Services
As senior technical architect at Open Systems Inc., John provides critical IT-related expertise to clients on projects ranging from security to software architecture and data management. John has been instrumental in the development of Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) application development infrastructure for use by developers to build distributed web-enabled applications. John has earned a B.S. in computer science from the University of Auburn.
Floyd Rembert, VP Sales and Business Development
Floyd is a retired Air Force Colonel and leads the OSI Sales Team. Floyd has an extensive sales background with over 15 years in technology and software sales. Floyd is a graduate of the USAF Academy.
Lisa Crawford, Director of Finance
Lisa specializes in payroll, finance and human resources with over 20 years of experience in project management, budgeting, cost analysis, contract negotiations, accounting, payroll and HR management. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University in business finance and accounting, Lisa joined the OSI Management Team in 2005.
Tiffany Strickland, Director of HR and Recruiting
Tiffany has been a critical resource to OSI since July 2008. She is a member of SHRM with many years of comprehensive HR experience. As OSI’s Director of HR & Recruiting, she oversees the day-to-day activities of talent acquisition, hiring and on-boarding, coaching, employee development, payroll and training. Tiffany also assists in conducting strategic planning to support OSI’s clients within a corporate environment with sourcing strategies to produce high-performance employees.
