Mahendran Naidu,CEO

Mahendran is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership. He has held prominent roles, including Chief Operating Officer at the Institute for Lean Systems (ILS) in Lexington, Kentucky, USA, and President and CEO at IKIO LED Lighting, where he was instrumental in driving growth and innovation. Mahendran brings deep expertise in managing leadership roles, consistently fostering high-performance teams and transformative business outcomes. His strategic vision and operational acumen position him to lead the company in delivering exceptional services to our customers.

 

Praveen Kumar, Chief Revenue Officer

With over 23 years of rich experience across the US and India, Praveen Kumar is an accomplished executive who joins us from Wipro—with prior leadership tenures at Oracle and HCL Technologies—where he has consistently transformed and driven multi-million-dollar growth across various domains including Healthcare, Banking, Manufacturing, and Automotive enterprises.

He specializes in spearheading large-scale enterprise transformation, expertly steering high-impact initiatives across application modernization, core business operations, and advanced SAP S/4HANA migrations, while seamlessly integrating AI to future-proof legacy landscapes.

Complementing his deep domain expertise with an MBA and advanced executive credentials from Harvard Business School, Praveen balances his corporate leadership with distinct creative passions as a trained classical violinist, professional magician, and an avid photographer.

 

Karen Ashley, Director Staffing Services

Karen Ashley is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in strategic account management, client partnerships, and team leadership. She excels at aligning top-tier talent solutions with complex business needs, helping clients across IT, engineering, and architecture achieve measurable growth. With a consultative and relationship-focused approach, Karen builds lasting partnerships founded on trust, collaboration, and value creation. Her leadership philosophy centers on connection, excellence, and empowering teams to consistently deliver results.

 

Tiffany Strickland, Director, HR & Operations

Tiffany has been a critical resource to OSI since July 2008. She is a member of SHRM with many years of comprehensive HR experience. As OSI’s Director of HR & Operations, she oversees the day-to-day activities within Implementation, Budgeting, On-boarding, Benefits, Employee Development, Payroll and Compliance. Tiffany also assists in conducting strategic planning to support OSI’s Clients within a corporate environment. She serves as the point of contact and partner with the CEO, Legal Counsel for immigration support, HR, Recruitment & Sales Team, and Employees to facilitate documentation and information requests.
